Report Management

Manage your member's reports through this end-to-end reporting system!

This system utilizes channels and DMs, and collates all the reports in one channel wherein support members can claim and close each item.

Setup​

/report-setup [Admin only]

This command will save the channel where all reports will be posted.

Usage​

/report

Send a report when an issue or bug is encountered.

Fields:

  • title - Short title of the report.
  • description - Detailed description of the report.
  • screenshot - Screenshot of the encountered issue.
