Ticketing System

Get in touch with your member's concerns privately by utilizing tickets (threads)!

This system utilizes threads. Each member who opens a ticket will be directed to a thread, and this where the member can reach out to support members.

Setup

/ticket-setup [Admin only]

This command will send your ticket embed and assign support role.

Fields:

  • role - Support role to be mentioned whenever a ticket is opened.
  • description - Descriptive text to be displayed in the embed.
